By James Wilkinson For Dailymail. A year-old girl was gang-raped at a house party in Washington by two year-old boys who then shared photographs of the assault on Snapchat, police said. The girl told police that her last memories were of drinking at a house party in Yarrow Point, dancing and falling asleep in a bedroom. Photos of a teenager who was raped at a party by two year-old boys on April 1 have been spread online using Snapchat, police said. Cops have seized photos from one boy's phone. The girl, who is not being named, had learned over the course of the night that she was the only eighth grader in attendance - a fact that earned her the nickname 'The Legend' from other revelers. She had drunk large amounts of whiskey and vodka before losing consciousness, she told police. When she woke up she found her stomach aching and blood on her shoes. A friend said she had been found in the garage.

Because the victim did not remember what had happened, scores of text messages and cellphone pictures provided much of the evidence. One of the football players, Trent Mays, 17, who had been a quarterback, was sentenced to serve at least two years in the state juvenile system. Both could end up in juvenile jail until they are 21, at the discretion of the State Department of Youth Services. Mays apologized to the victim by name, as well as to her family and the community. The judge found that both boys used their fingers to penetrate the girl in the early hours of Aug. A picture that was circulated among classmates later that day showed the victim naked and passed out. The trial also exposed the behavior of other teenagers, who wasted no time spreading photos and text messages with what many in the community felt was callousness or cruelty. And that aspect of the case may not be complete.
Photos of the crime and naked pictures of the incapacitated girl were posted on the popular social media site Snapchat , Clyde Hill police detectives say. Police were called to the home of a year-old girl on April 3. The girl's father told police his daughter had been raped at an April 1 house party on Yarrow Point. Police reported breaking up a house party of "approximately to " juveniles that night, with a "majority" of the crowd being intoxicated. She told police she drank whiskey and vodka heavily. She also told investigators she learned she was the only 8th grader at the party, and that others called her "the Legend" because she was the youngest person at a high school party. The victim told investigators she became heavily intoxicated and remembered dancing and falling asleep in a bedroom. An acquaintance she was with at the party also informed her she was found passed out in the garage. A day later, the teen who threw the house party contacted the victim and informed her she had been raped by two year-old boys at the party.
